Seat Weaving? Huh? What?
Purchase Seatweaving & Basketry supplies from HH PerkinsWell, after teaching myself how to macrame, when my husband mentioned AGAIN about the amount of money I could make at caning a chair, I finally told him I'd give it a try.
He first mentioned it to me about 5 years ago or so, and I've always said... "Yeah... maybe I'll take a class", and left it at that.
I have to admit though, one of the main reasons why I decieded to consider this was because business has been really slow at my husbands antique store. I know there is a large demand for chair caning, and I kept thinking... I could be help out.
So off to the local library I go to find some books. I actually found a good one called Seat Weaving, by Ricky Holdstock I've really learned a lot so far, and I'm actually looking forward to trying this out.
This is no way means I'm giving up macrame, its just now I have to fit something else in. I told my husband that I have I have a wishful incentive....
If I make good money at this, maybe I won't have to go back to working full time! He told me, at the most, we'll probably have a really nice vacation. *rolls eyes* oh well as I said... wishful thinking.

Thank you :)
But, when you read this response, it'll look completely different! I found a template at http://homepage.mac.com/ravasthi/blog_templates/ and I'm planning on editing the graphic to show the macrame writing.
Personally... I like your set up better! LOL
